Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidenced based therapeutic approach which combines the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the healing practice of mindful awareness. Toghether, they form an effective treatment approach for:
- Traumatic life events
- Anger and Frustration
- Relationship problems
- Compulsions nude celebrities and addictions
CBT and Mindfullness Based CBT tend to be best suited to clients who are looking to supplement our work in session with outside “homework” or “therapeutic practice”.
